Grandma's Pumpkin Pie/Cheesecake

This delicious recipe belonged to Judy's mom and Melissa's grandmother, Mama Joy.

For Pie: Requires can of pumpkin, 2 eggs, 1 cup evaporated milk, vanilla, and 9 inch unbaked pie shell.

For cheesecake: Requires 16oz of softened cream
cheese, vanilla, 2 eggs, cup pumpkin, and pie shell.
