Hot Spiced Apple Cider/Wine

Very popular drink. This mix is very versatile as well; it can be used in making over 15 different food products! Combine 1/4  cup of the mix (not tightly packed), 1 cup water, and 2 cups apple juice or red wine. Bring to a boil over medium
heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 9 (8oz) cups.
