Oven Fried Pecan Chicken

Homemade Oven Fried Pecan Chicken made easy. Simply combine boneless, skinless chicken breasts with eggs, mustard, and our seasoned pecan coating. Add optional hot sauce for extra kick.

Oven Method: Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy. 

Air Fryer Method: Spray coated chicken with cooking spray and set air fryer to 360°F. Cook for 12-13 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again. Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°F. Depending on air fryer size, you may need to work in batches. A delicious, healthier alternative to deep-fried chicken that's ready in under an hour. Perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.
