Scones

Not a cake, not a cookie, but the best of both! Add your choice of 1 cup fruit, chocolate chips, or instant coffee granules. Package also includes a topping for scones. Requires butter or margarine, 2 eggs, 1/3 cup of milk or heavy cream, and your choice of fruit, chocolate chips, or 2 tbsp instant coffee granules. Bake time: 12-14 minutes.
